Dr. Shikha Jain is a triple board-certified hematology and oncology physician, Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Illinois Cancer Center, and a nationally recognized expert in women's health, healthcare innovation, and physician advocacy. She is the founder and chair of the board of **Women in Medicine®**, a nonprofit dedicated to closing the gender gap in healthcare leadership, and co-founder of **IMPACT**, a nonprofit empowering healthcare professionals to amplify their voices and influence health policy, public health, and media. In 2024, Dr. Jain was named **Illinois Physician of the Year** for her exceptional contributions to patient care, leadership, and advocacy.

Dr. Jain’s research focuses on improving equity in healthcare delivery, addressing disparities in access to care, and exploring innovative approaches to patient-centered technologies. Her work has been published in leading medical journals and featured in national media outlets, where she frequently comments on topics ranging from cancer innovations to gender equity in science and medicine.
